Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS, please make note of this before ordering.

This time frame does not include shipping times. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information with estimated delivery time. 

Depending on what you order you may have multiple shipments/multiple tracking numbers. Items may ship at different times, since some items are processed faster than others, and we have multiple warehouses. 


Shipping Information:

We ship within the USA and Canada only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on items ordered and destination.

We offer Route Package Protection. Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Route is automatically selected at checkout for a small fee. By deselecting shipping protection, Reckless Grace Boutique is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.


Sales Tax:

All South Dakota residents will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout. 


Return Policy:

We are confident that you'll love your purchase, however we realize that sometimes sizing doesn't always work out. We gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Items not eligible for return: Sale Items, Customized Items, Jewelry and Accessories, Swimwear/Body Suits, and Gift Cards.

Returns MUST be requested within 7 days of receiving your package and you are responsible for return shipping cost. If you're having an ongoing issue with sizing, please reach out to us prior to ordering. We would be more than happy to assist you. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. 

Store Credit: You will receive an electronic gift code (store credit) for the purchase amount minus original shipping cost. 

Exchanges: We DO NOT accept changes due to our quickly moving inventory.
